Art reading Group

Led by TCP faculty fellow and WashU Professor, John Hendrix, along with Prof. Penina Laker, and Prof. Heidi Kolk.

Prof. John Hendrix hosts a reading group once a month on Monday nights during the academic year for students in the Sam Fox School of Art & Design, along with alumni, and professional creatives.

Together we ponder how Christian faith shapes our relationship to the world around us, the Creator who made us, and our practice of creating.

For 2026-2027, we will read the forthcoming book “To Set the World Aflame” by David O. Taylor. Stop by for the good fellowship, thoughtful discussion and delicious snacks!
