Katherine Alsdorf

Katherine Leary Alsdorf is the founder and current director (interim) of the Center for Faith and Work at Redeemer Presbyterian Church and leader of the faith and work initiatives at Redeemer City to City. Since 2002 she has developed ministries to equip and mobilize professionals in all sectors to live out the gospel in every area of their work lives. The Gotham Fellowship, launched in 2008, has spawned Fellows programs in 20 cities around the world. In 2012, she assisted Tim Keller in the writing of Every Good Endeavor, intended to serve as a basic textbook for the growing faith and work movement. She is adjunct faculty at Regent College in Vancouver, and serves or has served on boards of Fellowship of the Performing Arts, InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, and the Theology of Work Project. She was recently recognized as a Pioneer at the 2018 Faith & Work Summit. Prior to working at Redeemer, Katherine served as CEO of several high tech companies in Silicon Valley, New York City and Luxembourg. She earned her MBA from The Darden School at University of Virginia.
